Sales VA – Inbound Leads & Phone Sales (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a sales-driven Virtual Assistant to convert inbound leads into paying, recurring customers for our cleaning business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident and warm on the phone, communicates clearly, and has real experience selling to consumers over the phone. You should be comfortable handling objections, following up with leads, and confidently asking for the sale.

We value proven sales ability, a clear speaking pace, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to improve results over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
• Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable cleaning services.
• Present pricing and services confidently and clearly.
• Handle questions and price objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked.
• Ask for the sale and convert prospects into recurring customers.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM.
• Work towards agreed sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Proven phone sales experience: Experience in inbound or outbound telesales, phone-based sales, or consumer lead conversion.
• Demonstrable results: Able to discuss previous sales performance, including approximate daily call volumes and how many calls or leads converted into sales.
• Strong phone presence: Warm, professional, and engaging, with a clear speaking pace and strong spoken English.
• Sales confidence: Comfortable handling objections, discussing pricing, following up, and closing deals.
• Coachability: Willing to learn our services, sales process, and scripts, and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Results-driven mindset: Comfortable working towards sales targets and tracking KPIs.
• Reliable setup: Stable internet, a professional workspace, and a quiet environment for calls.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–1:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Initial commitment: Around 2–3 hours per day, with a small daily flat rate plus commission on sales.
• Growth opportunity: The role has the potential to expand in hours as sales grow and performance develops.

You must be available to make and receive calls during the agreed US Eastern working hours.

Important

This is a sales and closing role, not a general customer service or administrative position. We are specifically looking for someone who can turn leads into paying customers and help grow recurring revenue.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short video introduction and a live sales role-play. This may include handling a price objection, explaining the value of a service, and confidently asking for the sale.
