Sales & Marketing Assistant
This role is specifically suited to recent graduates or early-career candidates with internship experience only. No previous full-time experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Location: South Africa, fully remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with flexible working hours

The Role
We are looking for a confident, organised and professional Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our team across global projects.
Your main focus will be researching and contacting professionals, conducting initial screening conversations and maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and research suitable talent.
- Contact professionals through LinkedIn, email and other channels.
- Send personalised messages and follow-ups.
- Hold initial screening conversations.
- Update notes and candidate details in the ATS.
- Track responses, availability and next steps.
