Job description

As a dynamic and innovative company specialising in 'Debt Couselling" and "Financial Advisory" products , amongst others, to both Government and private sectors .

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to meet both market demand and monthly sale targets . The candidate must have a proven track record in similar field with minimum 10 years experience.

The Sales Manager role will be to market, sell and grow the company business across all platforms . The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You will be at the forefront of the company and will be required to create and apply an effective sales strategy. To excel in this role, you should have a drive to pursue and close new business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO for all Sales development responsibilities to ensure alignment of communication.

Minimum Requirements:

6+ years of strategic sales Management experience with relevant qualifications
Management Experience in similar role and environment
Go above and beyond normal office hours
Must be an "operator" who is alert to new opportunities, risks and liabilities
Building and maintaining your own sales pipeline
Excellent presentation skills at Management level
Proven track record of successfully introducing, selling and closing deals
Achievement of sales goals and targets

Minimum Qualifications/Experience;

6 years experience in sales, marketing in Financial Advisory Sales and/or Debt Consolidation products.
Must have established relationships within Government and Private sectors.
Must have access or "know how" to obtain client leads for the company products.
Must be willing to travel daily within the Province.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be Professionally well groomed at all times
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Salary Offering; R35 000.00 + Company Vehicle + Cell phone allow. CTC - (plus Attractive Incentives & Commission)
