Sales & Operations Assistant

Propel Photo Booths is looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Sales & Operations Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, technology, and events, and is excited to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales enquiries and assist in converting leads into bookings.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and industry partners.
Coordinate bookings, schedules, and operational tasks using digital systems.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey.
Attend selected events to conduct quality checks, capture content, and support event operations when required.
Assist with product development, AI photo booth experiences, and testing new technologies.
Support invoicing, reporting, administrative tasks, and business growth initiatives.
Assist with social media content collection, client testimonials, and marketing activities.
Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, public holidays, and standby support in line with business and event requirements.

Requirements

Matric.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident telephone manner and professional presentation.
Comfortable using technology, digital systems, and AI tools.
Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Passion for sales, customer service, and business growth.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a hands-on environment.
