Salon Receptionist

Looking for a salon receptionist to do the following daily tasks:-

1. Answering the phone, whatsapping clients for bookings, confirming bookings,

2. Recording bookings in the diary,

3. Correctly arranging the diary for particular treatments to those technicians,

4. Invoicing, taking payment, recording cash transactions,

5. Cash up every night, balancing the cash up each evening,

6. Counting and balancing of physical cash and doing a hand over of the cash to owner every night.

7. Monitoring annual leave schedules of the technicians, deducting leave days, ensuring the salon is provided with medical certificates, recording late coming / after hours work,

8. Calculating salaries based on commission earners, recording the entire earnings for the month and ensuring staff meet salary targets.

9. Monitoring cleaning roster, completing cleaning tasks of your own, making sure clients are happy with the hygiene standards of the salon,

10. Smiling, making conversation with clients, ensuring customers make their 2 week appointment before they leave the salon.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month

Education:

• Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• reception and admin: 1 year (Required)
