SAP - SAP Financials Specialists and SAP Logistics Specialists (RE, MM, EHS, PM, PS and SD):Minimum 5–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience across relevant business module.Proven participation in large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects. Demonstrated experience in at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation. Relevant SAP S4 certification. Strong configuration and support experience in one or more SAP functional areas. Deep understanding of end-to-end business process integration across modules. Experience in business process redesign aligned with SAP best practices and organisational objectives. Ability to assess current-state business processes within SAP ECC and identify optimisation opportunities for SAP S/4HANA. Strong process mapping and gap analysis capability. Experience supporting master data and transactional data validation during migration. Knowledge of data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities. Ability to support business sign-off on migrated data. Proven experience in unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve functional defects efficiently. Experience supporting business users during test execution and issue resolution.SAP S/4HANA Developer: SAP S/4HANA Technical Implementation ExperienceMinimum 5–10 years of SAP technical experience, with proven involvement in large-scale SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.Demonstrated experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation.Strong understanding of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transition methodologies.SAP Basis Manager and SAP Basis SpecialistExperience in SAP Basis administration, system installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and performance tuning.Knowledge of system landscape management across Development, Quality Assurance, Pre-Production, and Production environments.Experience in HANA database administration and optimization.BASIS/administration certification.SAP ABAP DeveloperAdvanced experience in SAP ABAP development, enhancements, reports, forms, workflows, and custom developments.Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services, Fiori integrations, and SAP extensibility frameworks.Experience supporting custom code remediation during S/4HANA migration.ABAP certification. PMO - Project ControllerMinimum 5–8 years of experience in project control, project coordination, or PMO support within large-scale ICT or ERP projects.Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes such as SAP implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.Exposure to full project lifecycle management from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.Exposure to SAP project environments, particularly SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA programmes. Quality Assurance SpecialistMinimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management, or ERP project quality control.Proven experience in large-scale SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or enterprise system implementation projects.Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration, ERP upgrade, or digital transformation programme.Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Revenue Management, and Asset Management.Ability to assess process quality, business readiness, and operational impact of system changes.Familiarity with SAP module integration and end-to-end business process validation.Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance requirements.Understanding of internal audit processes, compliance obligations, and project governance frameworksISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation / Advanced Level)Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)SAP Certified Application Associate (relevant module exposure advantageous)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile CertificationLean Six Sigma (advantageous)ITIL Foundation (advantageous)Risk Management Certification (advantageous)
