TELECOMS SATELLITE INTERNET SALES & CUSTOMER BOOKING AGENT
Salary: R6 250.00
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:30
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Sales Agent with a strong telecommunications background (MTN, Vodacom, Telkom that has a proven track record of selling - Fibre to the home / Fibre to the Business / LTE Data Sim and Router / Internet Satellite Services
This role focuses on selling Satellite Internet services, managing installation bookings, and providing after‑sales customer support.
Please note:
This is not a technical installation role.
The position is strictly sales, scheduling, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Satellite Internet products to residential and business customers
Book installation appointments and coordinate technician schedules
Handle customer queries and provide professional after‑sales support
Follow up on completed installations to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer, sales, and booking records
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Requirements
Preferably male
Valid Matric Certificate
Credit and Criminal Clear
Strong knowledge of Internet Satellite Services (not DSTV)
Candidates must have experience within the Telecommunications (Telecoms) industry — including Internet products/services, mobile networks, fibre, ISP support, network operations, or telecoms call centres. This requirement is industry‑related, not communication skills
Sales‑driven with proven ability to close deals
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Able to work Saturdays when required
Ideal Candidate
A driven, target‑focused individual with solid telecoms experience, strong understanding of Satellite Internet products, and the ability to communicate clearly while managing bookings, customer queries, and follow‑ups with professionalism.
