We’re Hiring: Science & Magic Party Host (Weekend Role)

The Magic Me Laboratory creates hands-on STEAM experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection.

We are looking for someone who can bring that energy to life.

* You’re reliable, organised, and take ownership of your work.

* You genuinely enjoy science, creativity, and learning-by-doing.

* You’re the kind of person who brings energy and presence into a room.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading interactive Science & Magic birthday parties (this is the core of the role).

* Creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

* Setting up and managing all materials and equipment.

* Coordinating smoothly with venues and parents.

* Handling light admin related to events.

Non-Negotiables

* Available every weekend (Sat & Sun).

* Based in Johannesburg with your own reliable vehicle.

* Fluent in English.

* At least 1 year of teaching or facilitation experience.

* Able to commit to consistent part-time work.

Advantageous

* Afrikaans or other African languages.

* ECD qualification.

* First aid certification.

* Police clearance.
