Sculler / Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Sculler to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the scullery and kitchen areas.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, including floors, bins, and waste disposal.
• Support the kitchen team with maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Help with basic kitchen preparation and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a scullery, stewarding, or kitchen environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Pay: R3 750,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Constantia, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
