About The Role:
This is the first sales hire to join our dynamic team, and requires a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, your core responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts, with a focus on identifying and engaging enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline through strategic outreach across multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
This role is highly demanding and requires you to constantly adapt to market trends, experiment with innovative strategies, and take full ownership of the entire funnel from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within targeted outreach to enterprise accounts
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns using a mix of
- Social (including LinkedIn)
- Video recording, voice notes [Lower priority]
- And any other channels to cut through the noise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Book and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and CEO
- Work closely with the CEO to develop account strategies and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role (experience level may vary depending on team needs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects across multiple channels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets.
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and sourcing solutions independently.
