Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic tutoring sessions tailored to secondary and high school students in subjects such as science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation like SAT coaching.
• Develop and refine curriculum materials that align with educational standards and cater to different learning styles.
• Utilize innovative learning technologies to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education support or early childhood education techniques.
• Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere that promotes student engagement and learning retention.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and stakeholders to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Lead strategic initiatives as a Country Chief Directional Officer by overseeing educational programs, ensuring alignment with national policies, and fostering partnerships within the community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring secondary and high school students across core academic subjects.
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional adaptability.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms for online instruction and digital resource integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in classroom settings or childcare environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of special education practices and experience supporting learners with unique needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms or virtual learning environments confidently while maintaining student motivation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Nursing Education, Educational Leadership, or related fields; advanced certifications preferred for Nurse Educators.
