One of South Africa’s leading furniture and appliance retailers, has the following career opportunity for an individual with the necessary competence level, experience and drive.

We are inviting applicants who are self-motived, self-confident, self-disciplined and able to work in a high pressurized environment,

Secretary – Property Department

Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate (essential)
3 years’ experience in the corporate environment as Secretary
Tertiary or Secretarial qualification will be an advantage
Computer literate in MS Office.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential

Competencies:

· Outstanding communication and telephonic etiquette

· Fluent in both English and Afrikaans

· Strong listening, writing, negotiating and organizational skills are essential

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team towards goals and set targets

· Be a hard worker who can work under pressure in a deadline orientated environment

Responsibilities:

· Organizing and preparation for management meetings

· Provide secretarial and diverse administrative services

· Liaising with Landlords

· Provide professional support services to the team

· Prepare management correspondence documents

· General office and administration tasks

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
