Race Coast is seeking a Security Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Security function, focusing on financial administration, supplier coordination, reporting, and compliance tracking. The successful candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, support business intelligence through reporting, and manage certification and licensing records to maintain compliance.

What You'll Do:

Financial & Supplier Administration

  • Obtain quotations from suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly invoices for approval
  • Track departmental expenses

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Capture and maintain departmental data
  • Generate reports
  • Support performance reporting
  • Identify trends and insights

Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain certification and license records
  • Track expiry dates and send reminders
  • Ensure compliance documentation is updated
  • Support audits

Administrative Support

· Provide day-to-day admin support

· Maintain filing systems

· Coordinate meetings and documentation

· Ensure accurate and updated records

What You’ll Need

· 1 to 2 years administrative experience

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

· Financial admin experience (invoices, POs, suppliers)

· Reporting and data experience

· Compliance tracking experience (advantageous)

· Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or similar field (advantageous)

· Problem Solving: Identify, analyses, organize and solve problems and issues in a timely and effective manner. Anticipate problems, identify root causes and take corrective action. A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and takes initiative.

· Accountability: Follows through and delivers results despite obstacles. Admits errors and takes corrective action to avoid repetition. Approaches own work with dedication and a high sense of responsibility.

· Service Excellence: Primary focus of one’s actions. Follows up on requests timeously to ensure that the final product or service meets expectations.
