Pure Ocean Security is looking for an experienced and highly professional Security General Manager to oversee security operations, personnel, client requirements and compliance within the organisation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must have:

✅ PSiRA Grade A registration
✅ Valid Firearm Competency Certificate
✅ Regulation 21 qualification/competency where applicable
✅ National Key Point (NKP) training/experience
✅ Proven experience in security management and operations
✅ Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management and incident management
✅ Experience managing security officers, supervisors and operational teams
✅ Excellent report-writing and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage clients and maintain professional relationships
✅ Valid driver's licence
✅ Computer literacy
✅ Clear criminal record and verifiable employment history
✅ Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational emergencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate daily security operations
• Supervise Security Officers, Supervisors and operational personnel
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits
• Ensure compliance with PSiRA, NKP and firearm requirements
• Manage incidents, investigations and corrective actions
• Develop and implement security procedures and operational plans
• Monitor staff deployment, attendance and performance
• Liaise with clients and address operational concerns
• Prepare operational and management reports
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate security measures
• Ensure proper management of firearms, equipment, vehicles and security resources
• Coordinate emergency response procedures
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs and client requirements
• Support business development and tender operational requirements where required ADVANTAGEOUS

⭐ Previous experience in National Key Point environments
⭐ Armed security management experience
⭐ Experience managing multiple security sites
⭐ Previous senior management experience within the private security industry
⭐ Relevant security management qualifications
⭐ Experience with tender implementation and contract management
