Job description
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
- Valid PSIRA Registration (Grade C minimum; Grade B advantageous).
- Security training certificates advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' security experience, preferably within a retail environment.
- Experience in loss prevention and CCTV monitoring advantageous.
- Knowledge of security procedures and incident reporting.
Skills and Competencies
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
