Security Manager

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire security function allocated to the security manager.
- Responsible for all security related matters.
- Investigation of all incidents.
- Responsible for the maintenance and expansion of profitable business allocated to the security manager.

Duties:

Vehicles
- Management of fuel expenditure is crucial and should be regarded as a priority.
- The appearance of vehicles must be maintained and kept at a high standard.

New Business
- Current client base must be maintained.
- Expansion of business by meeting with new clients.
- Presentations in cooperation with the New Business Department with regards to the expansion of business.

Administration
- Weekly planning to be handed in every Monday.
- Review supervisors’ planning and amend, if required.
- Weekly logbook to be handed in every Monday.
- Weekly report of visits and reason for visits.
- Incident reports must be sent to the client as well as top management within 6 hours of the occurrence. (Should the incident occur after hours, it must be submitted before 10:00 the following working day).
- Sms notification to the client and top management within the hour of an incident reported.
- Ensure that contracts are signed with security officers.
- Ensure that leave forms are signed with security officers.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid PSIRA Grade A/B or higher

Valid Drivers License
