VACANCY: SITE SECURITY MANAGER

Join Our Team!

Are you a dedicated and experienced Security Manager with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a committed professional to manage our security guarding personnel and ensure that all security operations are carried out effectively and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Security management or Policing
PSIRA Grade A
Competency Certificates (Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle)
3 to 5 years' experience in a security manager role
Valid driver's licence
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work under pressure and manage staff personnel effectively

Key Responsibilities

PSIRA Act, Labour Law, Firearms Control Act and OHS Act,
Post Orders Development Operations Site audits,
Risk assessments, manpower planning, rostering,
Guard deployment Project Management Planning, budgeting, timelines
Stakeholder management Leadership Team leadership, conflict resolution, disciplinary hearings,
Training Admin MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Incident reports and SOPs.
Compliance files Client Presentations and SLA meetings.
Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Compile detailed incident reports for theft, accidents, injuries, damages, and other security-related incidents.
