Job description
Federal Group is seeking a reliable, disciplined and experienced Grade C Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and daily site operations.
LOCATION
Centurion, Gauteng
STARTING DATE
As soon as possible
PSIRA REQUIREMENT
Valid Grade C Registration
(Must be up to date)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid PSIRA Grade C registration
- PSIRA registration must be up to date
- Previous security supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage guards, rosters and site procedures
- Experience completing occurrence books, incident reports and shift handovers
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- No criminal record
- South African ID
- Reliable transport will be advantageous
- Firearm competency will be advantageous where applicable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage security officers on site
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols
- Ensure officers comply with company and client procedures
- Manage attendance, deployment and shift changes
- Report incidents and operational concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate registers, occurrence books and reports
- Liaise professionally with clients and management
- Ensure a high standard of discipline and service delivery
