Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of security officers.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control operations.
• Respond to emergencies, security breaches, and incidents, providing leadership and direction during critical situations.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Ensure all security equipment is operational and report maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, contractors, and management when necessary.
• Manage access control, key control, and visitor management processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to security procedures.
• Oversee shift handovers and ensure accurate completion of daily logs and incident reports.
• Promote compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R32 000,00 per month
