SeaBreeze Fish & Shell, Bree Street is looking for a reliable professional Restaurant
Floor Manager to assist our Front of House team in delivering top quality customer
focused service.

2 years relevant experience at Management level running busy venues
an honest, reliable, mature, responsible individual
an acute eye for detail in all areas or service is essential
a systems & procedures driven individual
extremely organised in working practices
problem solver/solution seeker
perfect spoken/written English
100% customer focused
Demonstrable leadership qualities
Understanding & experience of the service and selling of wine - PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE!
Good understanding and use of Excel/Word & POS systems
Bubbly, charismatic , a sense of humour, common sense, hardworking, flexible,
Multi-tasker are all essential characteristics that go without saying!
