Job description
Our company is looking for an experienced and organised Senior Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing and sending client quotations
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Capturing and updating job information
- Following up on outstanding quotations
- Preparing job cards and work-related documentation
- Invoicing and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, plumbers and suppliers
- Tracking completed and outstanding jobs
- General office administration and filing
- Assisting management with operational reports and admin
Requirements: Previous senior administration experience
- Experience in plumbing, construction, maintenance or a similar industry will be an advantage
- Strong quotation and report-writing skills
- Excellent computer skills – MS Word & Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and reliable
