Your Role

As a Senior Petwings Travel Agent, you will manage domestic and international pet relocations from quotation through to successful delivery.

You will:

• Receive enquiries, do quotations and sell our services to prospective clients to reach sales targets
• Arrange international and domestic pet travel
• Book airline cargo reservations
• Prepare export and import documentation
• Liaise with airlines, veterinary authorities, agents and clients worldwide
• Coordinate collections, deliveries and travel schedules
• Guide clients through every stage of their pets' journey and relevant country regulations

We're Looking For

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 5-10 years experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, logistics or international shipping
• Excellent knowledge of cargo documentation and airline procedures
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• The ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Own reliable transport to get to work every day (not for business use)
• Reside within approximately 20 km of Kempton Park
