## **PART 1 — DIRECT SALES IN LOW-INCOME AREAS**
### **Recruit — Train — Build & Manage Teams**
The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for **recruiting and training resellers and sales agents** to build and manage teams selling **Fly.cool Internet Fibre packages door-to-door in townships and low-income areas.**
### **Fly.cool Fibre Packages**
Fly.cool packages are priced from **R249 to R749** and all include:
* **FREE Router**
* **FREE Installation**
* **NO Credit Vetting**
* **PREPAID**
### **Primary Focus**
The focus is to continuously **recruit, train and develop experienced sales agents**.
Fly.cool is looking to build **10 teams of resellers and sales agents**.
Your main focus in **Part 1** will be to continuously recruit and train agents and build teams to sell Fly.cool Internet Fibre packages in low-income areas.

# **PART 2 — TRAIN & MANAGE IN PICK N PAY STORES**
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for **personally training and supporting newly appointed “Specialist Sales Agents”** in Pick n Pay stores.
These agents will be dedicated to selling **Fly.cool Internet Fibre packages and streaming devices** in only **150 Pick n Pay stores nationally in South Africa.**
### **Main Objectives**
**1. Fibre Sales**
Capture the highest possible percentage of the **1 million already-installed homes with Internet**, by selling Fly.cool Internet Fibre packages priced from **R249 to R749**.
**2. Streaming Device Sales**
Sell **Fly Streaming Devices for R699** to any customers who already have Internet.
**3. Fibre + Streaming Bundle**
Sell the **Streaming Device bundled with a Fly.cool Fibre package for R999 combined.**

**KPIs and sales targets will be jointly set with management and must be achieved in order to maintain continual employment.**

# **SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION**
Your responsibility will be to ensure that the teams are kept in a **continual supply of excellent, highly trained sales agents**, with retraining provided where necessary, to achieve maximum sales from both:
* **Pick n Pay retail stores**
* **Door-to-door sales in low-income areas**
You will be responsible for continuously **recruiting, training, managing and supporting the sales teams** to ensure they achieve maximum sales performance.
You will be part of the **Executive Team** and participate in the strategic growth and development of the Fly.cool sales operation.

# **EARNINGS**
### **REVENUE SHARE / COMMISSION**
**Commission-only basis**, with revenue share/commission paid **weekly**.
Earnings will be based on the **successful and consistent sales performance of the teams managed by you.**
