Senior B2B marketing consultant

Saudade is a B2B marketing agency. We make sustainability companies visible on LinkedIn and turn that visibility into booked calls and real revenue. We're in scaling mode, and I need someone to own the client work so I can focus on strategy and growth.

This is a real seat, not a support role. You'd run the day-to-day for 3 to 4 clients and lead the small team (designer, copywriter, automation specialist) that delivers their work. You're the person the client trusts, and the person the team looks to.

In one line: I'm looking for a client-ready account manager to join a small, ambitious B2B marketing team, to take client delivery off my plate and run it better than I do, with real B2B marketing experience behind them.

What you'd own:

• The client relationship. Calls, updates, expectations, keeping them happy and getting results.
• The delivery. Briefing and managing the designer, copywriter and automation specialist so work ships on time and on standard.
• The plan in motion. Taking our strategy for each client and making sure it actually happens, week to week.
• Quality control. Nothing goes out that you wouldn't put your own name on.
• Reporting. Showing clients their results, tied to calls booked and pipeline.

Who you are:

• You've done B2B marketing (preferred). You get LinkedIn, content, email and webinars.
• You're organized to a fault and calm with a full plate.
• You're great with people. Clients like you, teams respect you.
• You care whether the work actually works, not just whether it got done.
• You want to grow with a business, not clock in and clock out.
• You're in Cape Town and can work with us full-time.

Nice to have:

• Sustainability sector experience.
• Experience managing freelancers or a small team.
