Senior Beauty Therapist & Front of House Coordinator

Nuūdo Luxury Express Spa is looking for a professional, experienced and versatile Senior Beauty Therapist & Front of House Coordinator to join our Somerset West team.

This is a dual-role position where the successful candidate will perform beauty treatments while also assisting with Reception and Front of House duties. The candidate should be comfortable alternating between both roles according to the daily needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional beauty treatments to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage reception, bookings, client enquiries and payments.
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and organisation.
• Assist with general daily Front of House operations.

Requirements:

• Relevant Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Previous experience in a beauty or spa environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-presented and confident.
• Reliable, punctual and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to assist across both treatment and Front of House duties.
