Experience:
- Certified BA with over 8 years:
- Retail experience
- Supply Chain/DC experience
- Agile/Waterfall experience
Key tasks (not limited to):
- Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
- Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
- Elicit and document requirements (e.g. BRD)
- Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
- Manage UAT
Project & Contract Details:
