Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Core hours: ~ 09:00–17:30 SAST, with occasional ad hoc early/late starts for APAC and US stakeholder meetings

The Role

A global business transformation programme needs someone who can walk into 22 countries' worth of sales processes and make sense of them. Not fix them. Not redesign them. Understand them, properly, and put them down on paper so someone else can.

This is for someone who finds real satisfaction in getting the detail right. You'll sit with stakeholders across four regions, ask the questions nobody else thought to ask, and turn scattered, inconsistent ways of working into clear, validated process maps in SAP Signavio. The standardisation decisions get made after you're done. Your job is to make sure they're made on solid ground.

About the client

Our client is a large, global organisation running a major transformation programme across its sales and order management functions. This is process work with real weight behind it, feeding directly into decisions that will reshape how the business operates worldwide.

Tech environment: SAP Signavio, BPMN, Salesforce or similar CRM, CPQ and order management tools.

What you'll be doing

· Running one-to-one discovery sessions with business stakeholders across Sales and Opportunity-to-Order functions

· Mapping current-state processes in Signavio using BPMN, to an agreed standard

· Getting those maps validated by the people who actually do the work

· Spotting where countries and regions do things differently, and why

· Flagging inefficiencies and bottlenecks as you find them

· Presenting your findings to stakeholders and programme leadership

· Contributing to a global process repository built to last beyond this contract

· Making sure your documentation is solid enough to support process mining and automation down the line

What you'll bring

· Senior-level business process analysis experience, comfortable working independently from day one

· Strong BPMN skills and a track record of producing documentation people can actually rely on

· Hands-on SAP Signavio experience, or solid experience with ARIS, IBM Blueworks or Visio and the confidence to pick up Signavio quickly

· Background in Opportunity-to-Order, Lead-to-Cash or Sales Operations processes

· Experience on business transformation programmes

· A track record working across multiple countries or complex stakeholder groups

· The judgement to tell the difference between what a process is supposed to be and what actually happens

· Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to deliver in a tight six-month window

Nice to have: SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or process mining experience, Salesforce or CRM exposure, CPQ or contracting process knowledge, Lean or Six Sigma background.
