As we continue our expansion across Africa, we are seeking a Senior Coordinator Field Investigations (MEA).

Salary Range: 46,000 ZAR per month

Overview of the Role:

As Senior Coordinator you'll take administrative ownership of the full investigative cycle in MEA, from tracking new leads and onboarding subcontractors, to managing task orders, quality-checking reports when needed, and supporting enforcement action on the ground. You'll be the operational backbone connecting our contracted investigators across MEA with our internal teams and our clients' legal and brand protection teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Investigations & Field Operations

  • In coordination the Manager of Field Investigations (MEA), drive subcontractors to identify new investigation targets each month across various brands
  • Onboard new subcontractors and manage their induction packs
  • Compile investigation plans and task orders, and ensure subcontracted resources understand them
  • In coordination with the Manager of Field Investigations (MEA), analyse intelligence on new and ongoing cases, and write up findings in client-ready reports
  • In coordination with the Global QA Coordinator, quality-check all investigation documentation before submitting to internal teams or to the client
  • Arrange secure storage and destruction of counterfeit or illegal goods
  • Coordinate travel to support Field Investigations operations and enforcement actions when needed

Client & Legal Liaison

  • Act as the administrative and operational link between investigators and clients' legal representatives on court matters
  • In coordination with the Manager of Field Investigations (MEA) prepare documentation to register criminal complaints with law enforcement agencies
  • Manage Power of Attorneys, Letters of Appointment, and Trademark certificates with client legal teams
  • In coordination with the Manager of Field Investigations (MEA), keep clients regularly updated on investigation progress and new opportunities
  • Handle data entry for clients using Internal Management Systems

Finance & Admin Support

  • Compile investigation expense sheets and submit to the Finance Department for billing
  • Check and process contractor invoices against task orders for timely, accurate payment
  • Maintain training records (internal and external) including associated costs
  • Provide input for the Administrative Manager's annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report submissions

Office & Compliance Management

  • Order and manage office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority records and ensure certificates/membership cards are renewed on time
  • Keep the company asset register up to date
  • Manage company vehicle servicing, licensing, and bookings
  • Oversee the company vault and equipment transfers

Broader Support

Assist with other Global Field Investigation’s projects and contracts as needed

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience coordinating investigations, operations, or field-based teams — ideally within brand protection, IP enforcement, or a related sector
  • Comfortable coordinating resources across multiple African countries
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills, with an eye for detail
  • Confident liaising with clients, legal teams, and law enforcement
  • Organised, self-directed, and able to multitask investigative, financial, and administrative responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
