Senior Creative Producer + Social - Remote (South African based for Australian company)

Beatbot Australia is the Australian distributor of Beatbot AI robotic pool cleaners (www.beatbotaustralia.com.au) - premium smart pool technology priced from $999 to $4,899 (AUD). For the 2026/27 summer season we're running a serious $400K-$800K paid media programme across Meta and Google, and we need a creative producer who can keep up with it.

This is a full-time remote contractor role based in South Africa. It combines high-volume performance ad creative (video and static) with organic social management for our Australian channels. If you're primarily a designer who edits occasional video, or a video editor who designs occasional statics, this probably isn't the right fit. We need genuine dual-discipline capability and the production discipline to manage a fast-moving content pipeline.

What you'll be doing

• Re-editing Beatbot Global video footage for the Australian market - replacing pricing, voiceover, text overlays, and converting aspect ratios (16:9 to 1:1 and 9:16). This is your highest-volume consistent workload.
• Producing hook variations - new 3-second openings on winning videos. Your highest ROI activity.
• Designing static ads, carousels, and Google PMax asset groups from brief to finished, all sizes.
• Managing the Beatbot Australia Instagram and Facebook channels - five posts per week, a mix of repurposed global content and original pieces.
• Maintaining a forward content bank so peak months (Nov-Jan) are calm and deliberate, not scrambled.

The hours
Full-time equivalent (~38-40 hrs/week). Ideally starting ASAP.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years producing paid ad creative across both video editing and graphic design - genuine dual discipline
• Experience producing Meta ad creative at meaningful scale - you understand hooks, in-feed vs Stories, and why performance creative is different from brand creative
• You've managed a high-volume production pipeline and built a content bank under pressure
• You can re-edit international footage for a new market efficiently - the result doesn't look like a patch job
• You read performance data and self-initiate. You don't wait for a brief to tell you something is fatiguing
• Your handoffs are always correct - correctly named, correctly sized, upload-ready

Bonus points

• Experience re-editing USA, Chinese or Asian market footage for Australian audiences
• DTC ecommerce creative for considered or premium products ($500+)
• TikTok-style editing alongside polished brand production
• Google Performance Max asset experience

Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (video), Figma (design). CapCut fine for hook variations.

• Contract: 12-months initially, with possibility to continue indefinitely for the right candidate.

• Overlap: 2-3 hrs daily availability during Australian Eastern business hours - you'll be reporting to Tony based in Brisbane.
