Job description

Deliver enterprise‑level analytics across pricing, promotions, customer behaviour, and operational performance. Provide actionable insights that directly influence commercial and strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain advanced BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Conduct deep‑dive analyses into pricing elasticity, promotions effectiveness, and customer segmentation.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with retail standards.
Collaborate with finance, merchandising, and operations to embed insights into decision‑making.
Mentor analysts and establish best‑practice analytical frameworks.

Must‑Have Requirements

12–15+ years in data analytics, BI, or commercial insights.
Strong retail/FMCG analytics background.
Advanced SQL, Python, and BI tool proficiency.
Applied mathematics/statistics expertise.
Experience with enterprise data lakes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Professional certifications in BI/analytics advantageous.
