SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: Requirements: Tertiary qualification Degree in HR (or Labour Law) Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment Exposure to a manufacturing\/ automotive environment Good understanding of Employment, Labour Laws and Human Resources Policies and Procedures Good understanding of Employment Equity and BBEEE Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Applications Responsibilities Oversee and optimize the day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle for the site, while serving as the primary internal project manager for B-BBEE, Employment Equity, and Skills Development implementation.
