Job description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior HR Officer to oversee human resources functions, support management, and ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll administration, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR policies.
- Handle disciplinary hearings, grievances, and performance management.
- Advise management on HR matters, workplace policies, and staff development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role.
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA and LRA.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Transport provided for staff commuting from the Lenasia area.
