Are you a resourceful IT professional with a passion for solving technical problems and keeping end users productive? Join our IT team as a Senior IT Support in Plattekloof, where you'll own escalated support tickets, manage device lifecycles, and provide mid level administration of Microsoft 365 and Intune.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in a well documented, well maintained IT environment, and enjoys being the go to person when things get tricky.

What you'll do:

• Provide advanced computer, printer, and network troubleshooting beyond first line support
• Deliver Microsoft 365 support, including escalations and admin center tasks (licensing, mailbox permissions, distribution groups)
• Maintain and support Microsoft Intune device management, including patch compliance and MDM enrolment
• Set up, deploy, and maintain laptops, equipment, and security software for new starters, replacements, and upgrades
• Perform daily RMM maintenance and action alerts from Intune and M365 dashboards
• Support meeting room and AV setups, remote and branch office connectivity, and VPN troubleshooting
• Own tickets and tasks end to end, resolving within SLA and logging changes for audit purposes
• Liaise with vendors on hardware/software quotes, warranty claims, and repairs
• Manage equipment lifecycle from procurement through to retirement and secure disposal
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, including account access and data handover
• Maintain accurate asset records and up to date end user documentation
• Flag recurring or systemic issues to systems and infrastructure teams

What you'll need:

• A minimum of Grade 12
• An IT related certification, with studies towards an IT related Diploma or Degree
• 3 to 5 years' experience in end user IT support
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 admin center and Intune, or a strong willingness to develop this under guidance
• Experience with RMM tooling (such as Atera, N able, or NinjaOne) and MDM/remote support tools
• Strong Excel, Word, and general application skills
• Advantageous: A+, N+, AZ 900, AZ 104, or similar technical certifications
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and time management skills
• A customer service mindset, clear communication style, and high attention to detail
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently as part of a team
