Senior IT Support Technician

About the Role

Ntiyiso is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team.

This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, resolving complex IT issues, maintaining business-critical systems, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees across the organisation. The successful candidate will act as a senior escalation point, contribute to service improvements, and support the delivery of reliable and efficient IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to employees across the organisation.
• Investigate and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Support Microsoft environments and business applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT service performance and user satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, service desk, or IT operations environments.
• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and service management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
