Job description
As Senior Technician, you will play a key role in managing helpdesk tickets, supervising and supporting technical work, monitoring critical systems, and ensuring installations and client sites meet our quality standards. You will also mentor junior technicians and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in a technical support, installations, or field service role, ideally with team supervision experience.
- Strong working knowledge of CCTV, VoIP, Fibre, NVR, networking, and related systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets, sites, and priorities.
- Clear, professional communication with clients, technicians, and management.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
