About the Role

Advanced Assessments & Training is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven professional to take full operational ownership of learnership enrolment and registration functions across multiple SETAs and QCTO frameworks.

This is a senior-level operational leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management capability, and proven experience leading high-volume teams in a structured compliance-driven environment.

Role Purpose

To ensure accurate, compliant, and timeous end-to-end management of all learnership enrolments and registrations, while leading a large operational team and managing critical relationships with clients and SETAs.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates who do not meet ALL requirements below will not be considered:

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the training and skills development sector
  • Proven and extensive experience in learnership enrolments and registrations across multiple SETAs
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ senior management experience leading large operational or administrative teams
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learnership registration cycles (not partial exposure)
  • Strong working knowledge of SETA and QCTO systems, processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing high-volume learner data, submissions, and reporting deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • Must be a South African citizen

Key Responsibilities

  • Full operational oversight of all learnership enrolment and registration activities
  • Ensure strict compliance with SETA and QCTO requirements and submission deadlines
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a large operational team
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships including clients, SETAs, and training partners
  • Ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and quality assurance across all learner records
  • Resolve escalated registration issues and ensure delivery continuity
  • Drive operational efficiency, structure, and process discipline across all programmes

Remuneration

R40,000 – R50,000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
