Job Title: Senior Manager
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee operations within our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, leading teams, and upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to control costs.
- Analyze sales and financial reports to improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff for long-term success.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales.
- Report directly to the Area/Operations Manager on store performance and challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid financial and analytical acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Must reside in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate.
