Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads to manage and optimize high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for clients in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Meta Ads, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality.
- Manage tracking systems including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, and server-side tracking.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience in an agency environment.
- Proven success managing lead generation campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and server-side tracking.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Based in South Africa with availability during UK business hours.
- Full-time availability (no ongoing freelance commitments).
Preferred
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Looker Studio.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
