  • Ensure compliance with the company quality management system (ISO 13485), applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Participate in unit and site audits across regions and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Investigate operational problems, complaints and recurring service issues, and drive practical improvements.
  • Liaise closely with National Operations, branch managers and other departments to support business continuity and company objectives.
  • Progressively assume increased cross-regional and national responsibility as competency is demonstrated.
  • Assist with client queries and reporting.

Minimum experience and capability

  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and take ownership of operational outcomes.
  • Valid South African driver's license and willingness to travel nationally (KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and the Western Cape) as required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours when operational circumstances require it.
  • The ambition and demonstrated capability to grow into a senior national leadership role.

Qualifications

  • The ability to develop people, address performance issues and maintain service standards.
