Senior Partner, Industry Professional Program (Multiple Industry Tracks)

AxonSpheres deploys enterprise software solutions into nine industry verticals, from healthcare to government to real estate. Our Industry Professional Program is built for people already doing the job: practicing clinicians, CFOs, attorneys, plant managers, developers — professionals whose opinion their network already trusts. You're not being asked to become a salesperson. You're being paid to make an introduction you'd probably make anyway, and paid again if you choose to lead the delivery yourself.

This role assumes judgment. You'll be trusted to scope engagements, advise clients directly on what they actually need, and (if you want) mentor a Junior Partner working the same track. There's no certification period gatekeeping you from earning at full rate.

What You'll Do

• Identify and refer opportunities within your existing professional network — clients, colleagues, former employers, industry contacts
• Lead or materially participate in delivery on the engagements you originate, scoping the work yourself
• Advise clients directly on solution fit and rollout sequencing within your domain
• Own the account relationship for the life of the contract, including renewals and expansion
• Optionally mentor a Junior Partner placed in your track

What We're Looking For

• An active, currently practicing professional in one of the fields above — not a former practitioner trading on an old title
• Established enough in your field that a referral from you carries real weight
• Comfortable exercising independent judgment on scope, sequencing, and client fit without waiting for sign-off
• Willing to invest the time to understand the platform well enough to advise credibly, not just make an introduction and disappear
• Prior software or consulting delivery experience is a plus but not required — domain credibility matters more here than technical background

Pay: R300 000,00 - R550 000,00 per year
