Lead planning strategy & align with business objectives
Partner with Senior Buyers & cross‑functional teams
Coach and develop planning associates
Drive forecasting, KPI tracking & stock flow management
Present insights to senior leadership

✔ What you’ll bring:

5–7 years merchandise planning experience (homeware experience advantageous)
2+ years team leadership/management experience
Relevant degree/diploma (Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Business Management, or Statistics)
Strong business acumen, analytical skills & advanced Excel proficiency
