Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help our client to transform an established talent marketplace into a scalable technology platform. You'll have significant ownership over the product roadmap, working across customer experience, billing, internal tools, and AI-powered automation.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with distributed teams, and directly connecting product decisions to business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own products from discovery through delivery and measure their business impact.
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and competitive research to validate ideas.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, revenue, retention, and conversion.
• Build and experiment with AI-powered product workflows and automation.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ship and iterate quickly.
• Provide clear business context and direction to technical teams.
• Take ownership of key product and business metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a product-led company.
• Proven experience making product decisions that improved business metrics.
• Experience working with distributed or remote-first engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours across European, North American, or LatAm time zones.

Preferred

• B2B SaaS product experience.
• Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience with AI-powered automation and product workflows.

Pay: R48 551,10 - R64 734,80 per month
