Requirements
- B-Degree or B-Tech in Civil Engineering
- ECSA registration as Professional Technologist/Engineer (Pr Tech
Eng. or Pr. Eng)
- 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience in water sector
- Computer literacy: MS Office
- Valid driver’s licence (Code08 EB/B)
- Physically fit and able bodied
Key Performance Areas
- Implement Zone management and treated effluent programmes.
- Maintain and Monitor District Metered Areas and Pressure
Management Zones.
- Management of WDM assets
- Develop and Implement business plans and processes.
- Plan and implement capital and operational projects associated
with water use efficiency.
- Compile specifications and manage tender processes compliant
with statutory requirements.
- Prepare Bid documentation and chair bid committees
- Assume the role of a contract manager, project manager or
contract administrator in line with CCT instructions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage performance of a multi-disciplinary team.
