Requirements

• A BTech Engineering degree
• Registered as Professional Engineering Technologist
• A master’s degree will serve as an advantage
• Five (5) to eight (8) years’ relevant experience within development

hydraulic modelling, master planning and construction

• Experience in Wadiso and Sewsan model software will be an

advantage

• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Physically fit and able-bodied

Key Performance Areas

• Develop and manage hydraulic models and infrastructure master

plans for water and sanitation networks.

• Evaluate development proposals and determine infrastructure

capacity requirements.

• Perform infrastructure modelling and strategic studies to support

future growth and service delivery.

• Provide specialist engineering advice on planning, innovation and

infrastructure strategy.

• Support long-term infrastructure planning, capital investment

prioritisation and budget development.

• Contribute to tariff and financial modelling to promote sustainable

service delivery.

• Lead or support infrastructure condition assessments and asset

management initiatives.
