Requirements

• Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
• 5 - 6 Years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy: Ms Office
• Professional Drivers Permit (D): Code B

Key Performance Areas

• Manages the implementation of National, Provincial and Local

Government Housing projects and plans.

• Provides strategic input and manages maintenance and upgrading

project with Key Performance Indicators.

• Manages the implementation of national Occupational Health &

Safety and Construction Regulations Acts.

• Manages data collection, data integration, data recording, data

maintenance and data management in respect of specific

administrative tasks associated within the Maintenance Section.

• Leads the preparation and adjudication of tenders and oversees

the management of contracts.

• Manages the implementation of financial controls procedures and

provides information to support financial planning sequences.

• Direct and Control the Key Performance Indicators and outcomes

associated with utilization, productivity, and performance of

personnel within the Section.
