We are looking for a responsible, polished, and structured Senior Sales Assistant who is ready to take on daily supervising duties and help run our boutique family.What You’ll Do

• Daily Supervision & Management: Act as a keyholder responsible for smooth daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and daily sales reporting.
• Floor Leadership: Oversee the sales floor during shifts, ensuring staff are motivated, customer service standards remain immaculate, and customer traffic is handled efficiently.
• Elevate the Guest Experience: Provide a world-class shopping experience, sharing the craftsmanship stories behind our premium leather collections to turn casual browsers into loyal clients.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Supervise stock levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is beautifully organized.
• Maintain Visual Excellence: Ensure the boutique looks pristine, executing high standards of luxury visual merchandising on the floor and window displays.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in retail, with some experience handling cash management, store keys, or supervising team members.
• The Right Attitude: Trustworthy, reliable, and organized, with a natural talent for customer service and team leadership.
• Reliability: A proactive individual who takes true ownership of the shop floor during a shift.
• Communication Skills: Polished verbal skills to engage comfortably with an upscale, diverse clientele.
• Availability: Full flexibility to work standard mall trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak festive periods.
