Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Cielo’s premium brand standards

• Drive individual and store sales performance through confident product recommendations

• Build strong client relationships and provide tailored interior solutions

• Manage quotations, orders, and stock-related processes accurately

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer objectives Skills and Requirements:

• Strong sales ability with a luxury-service mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and organisation

• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• Minimum 1 year service at Wheco

• Previous retail sales experience (luxury or furniture retail advantageous)

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office proficiency advantageous)
