Job Description
SAP Retail Functional Analyst
Minimum :Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions, Master data , etc...
Secondary: CCS (Settlement Management, Condition Contractor)
What you will do
- Analyse complex business requirements across SAP Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions and translate them into fit-for-purpose functional solutions.
- Configure, test and support SAP Retail processes, including pricing, promotions, billing, order management, inventory and related integration points.
- Lead gap analysis, functional design, specification writing and solution validation with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, defect management and continuous improvement of retail systems and processes.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, go-live support and post-implementation stabilisation activities.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to Functional Analysts and business users, helping the team deliver quality outcomes.
- Work in an agile delivery environment, managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
What we are looking for
- A relevant 3-year IT qualification or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant or similar role in a retail technology environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Retail, specifically MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions.
- Experience with functional analysis, system configuration, functional specifications, testing and production support.
- Good understanding of retail processes, including stock movement, ordering, billing, pricing, promotions and integration with store or supply chain processes.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and support teams.
- Knowledge of Jira, incident management, software development lifecycle and agile ways of working will be advantageous.
