About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Short-Form Growth Strategist to help clients grow through short-form content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a client-facing strategy role. You will develop content strategies, create growth roadmaps, analyze performance, and work directly with clients to improve their content results.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-form content and growth strategies for clients
• Create 90–180 day content plans and roadmaps
• Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, and storytelling frameworks
• Lead client onboarding and regular strategy calls
• Review content performance and recommend improvements
• Identify trends and opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Work with clients and internal teams on content direction
• Build repeatable systems for increasing reach and engagement
• Track results and use data to improve content strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, social media growth, or a related field
• Experience working directly with clients
• Strong understanding of short-form content and storytelling
• Experience developing content strategies or growth plans
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze content performance and make strategic decisions
• Proven examples of successful short-form content or growth results

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently with clients, understand what makes short-form content perform, and turn data into actionable growth strategies.

This role is focused on strategy and growth, rather than primarily editing videos or scheduling social media posts.

Pay: R19 510,00 - R24 388,00 per month
