They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You'll join Bain's Global Safety & Security team, part of our Global Risk organization. Consistent with Bain's core values, the mission of this team is to enable our teams to work as safely as possible. The team supports employee safety, travel risk awareness, incident coordination, crisis response preparedness, and security-related communications across the firm. In this role, you'll work closely with regional and global colleagues to help keep important processes, systems, training, and communications running smoothly. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a broad range of safety, security, resilience and crisis management disciplines while working alongside experienced practitioners. You will also assist in the development and use of AI tools that will assist the GSS team in making important information available to the greater Bain population, assist in the development of trainings and develop incident and case management tools.
This role is well suited to someone early in their career who is intellectually curious, enjoys solving problems, and is interested in building a career in corporate security, resilience or risk management. We welcome candidates with experience in related disciplines such as occupational health and safety, audit and compliance, business continuity, business resilience, journalism, intelligence or research, emergency management, cyber or information security, or other analytical or operational environments.
This role is ideal for someone who is technology minded, highly organized, service-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role will come from strong analytical thinking, sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop. The role is an individual contributor position and does not include people management responsibilities.

•
Support projects across safety, security, resilience and business continuity, providing operational and analytical support to the regional and global team.
•
Contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, training materials and knowledge resources that strengthen Bain's Global Safety & Security capability.
